Request Submission

Employees can apply for different types of leave, such as annual vacation, personal leave, or special leave, through a simple digital form. The form usually includes fields for the type of leave, dates, and reason (if applicable).

Approval Workflow

Once a request is submitted, it enters a predefined approval process where the employee’s supervisor or HR representative reviews and approves or denies the request. The portal notifies the employee of any updates to their application status.

Leave Balance Tracking

Users can view their available leave balances, ensuring they are aware of how much vacation time they have accrued and how much they have used.

Calendar Integration

The system may integrate with the organization’s internal calendar systems, allowing employees and managers to keep track of who is on leave at any given time.
